2024年1月，智慧供应链研究中心研究员蔡婧璇博士与美国新墨西哥大学罗欣教授、赖福军教授、西安交通大学赵玺教授、博士生艾佩林合作的研究论文“You jump, I jump? Herding behaviors in blockchain application platforms”被Decision Support Systems（DSS）接收。DSS是信息系统领域权威期刊，其2023影响因子为7.5，是ABDC列表中的A*期刊和ABS列表的3星期刊。
In Jan 2024, Dr. Jinxuan Cai’s paper, “You jump, I jump? Herding behaviors in blockchain application platforms”, was accepted by Decision Support Systems (DSS). This is joint work with Prof. Xin Luo, Prof. Fujun Lai, Prof. Xi Zhao, and Ph.D. student Peilin Ai. DSS has an impact factor of 7.5 in 2023, listed as an A* journal in ABDC and a 3-star journal in ABS.
区块链技术给包括运营和供应链管理在内的许多领域带来了机遇和挑战。针对这一新技术现象，本研究基于区块链技术去中心化、透明性、不可篡改、匿名性的特点，创新性地探讨了区块链技术的独特特点如何影响用户的羊群行为。本研究研究结果论证了区块链应用中的羊群效应是如何产生的，为调节用户的羊群行为提供了可行的解决方案，有助于区块链应用平台管理者建立更好的用户关系。
Blockchain technology has brought opportunities and challenges to many fields, including operations and supply chain management. In response to this new technological phenomenon, this study explores how the unique characteristics of blockchain technology, including decentralization, transparency, immutability, and anonymity, jointly influence users' herding behaviors. The empirical evidence innovatively explores how herding effects occur on blockchain applications. The findings provide feasible solutions to regulating users' herding tendency and helping blockchain application practitioners establish better user relationships.
蔡婧璇博士于武汉大学获得管理学博士学位，她的研究兴趣包括信息系统、电子商务、共享经济。其研究结果发表于《DSS》等国际SSCI权威核心期刊以及International Conference on Information Systems(ICIS)等信息系统顶级国际会议。
Dr. Cai received her Ph.D. from Wuhan University in 2019. Her current research focuses on information systems, e-commerce, and sharing economy. Her work has been published in Decision Support Systems, Technological Forecasting and Social Change, and the International Conference on Information Systems (ICIS).
